Protection · Children and teens

Online safety for your family, with transparency.

Scams, grooming, data exposure and dangerous challenges arrive through the phone. We help parents, guardians and schools set up the right protection for each age, using the devices' official tools, rules agreed with the children and Brazil's Digital ECA as a reference.

No hidden apps: protection that is discussed openly.

Legal basis Digital ECA · Law 15,211/25ECA · Law 8,069/90LGPD, art. 14 · children's dataBrazilian Internet Civil Framework

The most common risks

Protecting is not banning everything: it is knowing where the risks are and preparing children to deal with them.

01

Online grooming

Adults posing as young people to gain trust and pull the child away from the family.

02

Scams and unwanted purchases

Fake links, in-game purchases and use of the parents' card.

03

Exposure of data and images

Location, school and photos that make the child easy to find.

04

Cyberbullying

Humiliation and attacks in group chats and social media.

05

Dangerous challenges and content

Videos and "challenges" that encourage risky behavior.

06

Excessive use

Screens late at night, poor sleep and lower school performance.

The right protection for each age

Up to age 9

Shared device, children's content and apps approved by parents.

Ages 10 to 12

First phone: time limits, approval of purchases and downloads, and an account linked to the parents'.

Ages 13 to 17

More autonomy and privacy, honest talk about risks and privacy settings on social media.

What we deliver

  • Setup of official parental controls (Screen Time on iPhone, Family Link on Android, consoles and social media)
  • Privacy review of accounts and social media
  • A written family agreement, adapted to each age
  • Guidance on scams, grooming and what to do if something happens
  • Periodic review of the settings

For schools

  • Digital ECA compliance checklist
  • Review of the platforms and vendors students use
  • Talks for parents, students and teachers
  • A protocol for digital incidents involving students
If something has already happened

Do not delete the conversations and do not confront the adult involved: that can destroy evidence. Keep everything, support the child without blaming them and report it to SaferNet Brasil or Disque 100. We help preserve the evidence so it holds up legally.

How it works

  1. Talk with the family

We understand the routine, ages and concerns, or the school's context.

  2. Assessment

We review devices, accounts, apps and privacy settings.

  3. Setup and agreement

We switch on protections and build a usage agreement with the family.

  4. Follow-up

Periodic reviews, because ages and apps change.

Who it is for

Parents and guardians

With children getting their first phone or already on social media.

Schools

That use digital platforms and need to comply with the Digital ECA.

Families facing a risk

That have already faced a scam, grooming or exposure and need to act.

Our line is clear

We fight illegal spying. We never practice it.

  • We do not install spyware on other people's devices.
  • We do not access phones, accounts or conversations without the owner's consent.
  • We do not intercept communications: that is a crime in Brazil (Law 9,296/96).
  • We do not sell or resell spyware.

Frequently asked questions

Will you install an app so I can read my child's chats?

No. We use transparent controls and dialogue. Secretly reading chats tends to break trust and push teenagers away exactly when they would need to ask for help. If there is a suspicion of serious risk, we guide you on how to act and preserve evidence.

What is the right age for a first phone?

There is no single age. More important than age is preparation: agreed rules, controls switched on and close follow-up in the first months.

What does the Digital ECA change for families?

Platforms must offer parental supervision tools, verify age and, on social networks, link the accounts of under-16s to a guardian's account. We help you use these features.

Do you work with schools?

Yes. We review platforms, run the Digital ECA checklist, give talks and set up a protocol for incidents involving students.

Protect the people you love most, without secrets.

Book a conversation and leave with protection set up and a plan for each age.
